You will join a talented and passionate team in the smart industry sector as a Planner Project Manager.
To qualify, you must be able to complete the following responsibilities:
· Identify, track and communicate with the client and internal stakeholders about critical deliverable consequences, delivery delays and impact on the project.
· Communicate with providers to ensure their availability to meet the schedule needs.
· Support the Project Manager / PMO on initial planning, progress monitoring, updating and revising project plans, preparation of planning meetings.
· Ensure the successful ongoing operations
· Plan work tasks using best practices, policies and procedures.
· Assist the project team with preparing the overall project plan and the cost and resource loaded project schedule to establish milestone compliance measures and ensure project completion on time and within budget.
· Integrate contractors’ construction schedules and site schedules into the overall project schedules.
· Update schedules on a regular and pre-determined basis with a minimum of weekly updates depending on the project.
Qualifications :
· Expert Planner with at least 5 years of experience
· Very good knowledge of the MS Project or equivalent
· Requires a demonstrated ability to effectively lead the project controls function on a large/complex project
