You will join a talented and passionate team in the smart industry sector as a Business Developer. Within one of our challenging projects, we are looking to expand our team of experts.
To qualify, you must be able to complete the following responsibilities:
- You will build and develop a client’s portfolio targeting our core business, contacting directly the client, listening and understanding their needs and presenting the company as a high quality solution
- You will negociate the purposals with the client
- You will be in charge of the recruitment from start to end of the candidates accordingly to the targeted clients and their needs
- You will coach, brief and present your candidates to our clients / prospects
- You will manage your client’s and candidate’s portfolio building and maintining a strong, long-lasting relationship based on comittment and trust
- You will be proactive regarding the business activities
Qualifications:
You have 5 years of experience in Sales and a first experience in Recruitment (preferably in the Life Science sector)
You are autonomous, proactive and dynamicYou have good communication and leadership skills
You are result oriented, structured and organized
You are a good team player and you enjoy sharing accomplishments with your colleagues
You want to commit and grow with a fast growing company
Languages:
